Following years of producing successful transactions, Matt became the Managing Broker of Owen Properties, a respected Coronado brokerage serving the community since 2002. In that role, he has focused on elevating the client experience, strengthening brokerage operations, and implementing innovative marketing systems designed to maximize exposure for every listing.

Before brokerage leadership, Matt worked with multiple real estate technology companies, gaining firsthand experience in the digital strategies that drive today's luxury marketplace. As both a real estate investor and technology executive, he understands how thoughtful marketing, market analysis, and negotiation combine to create measurable results.

Whether representing a waterfront estate, an investment property, or a first home in Coronado, Matt approaches every client relationship with professionalism, transparency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service from the initial consultation through closing.

Education

Matt earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boise State University, where he developed the financial, analytical, and strategic foundation that continues to shape his approach to real estate. He also became one of California's youngest licensed real estate brokers, combining formal business education with years of hands-on brokerage and transaction experience.
